— Who we are

Built by people who've worked in school offices

AikYam was founded on a simple observation: most school software is designed by engineers, not administrators. We came from the other side of that desk.

/ Where we started

We know what the first week of term actually costs

Our founders spent years inside K-12 school offices — managing enrollment lists, chasing attendance records, reconciling scheduling conflicts by hand. The friction was real and the workarounds were exhausting.

AikYam grew out of that experience. We built what we wished had existed: a single platform backed by an implementation team that already understands your calendar, your staff, and your budget constraints.

• Dedicated support

One contact who knows your school, not a queue

When you work with AikYam, you get a dedicated implementation contact — someone who learns your school's term calendar, your quirks, and your staff turnover patterns before any software goes live.

We work primarily with understaffed independent and public schools because those are the schools where a broken workflow costs the most. We stay involved after go-live — no handoff, no disappearing act.

Enrollment to reporting — we handle the actual workflow

We cover enrollment, attendance, scheduling, and reporting — not as separate modules you stitch together, but as one connected system a real person helps you run from day one.
